In a pedestal part 1, a fitting hole la in which a fitting part 3b of a cylindrical cover body 3, a fitting part 2c of a straight cylindrical body 2 or a fitting part 4a of a connecting body 4 can be fitted, is formed on an upper surface out of a synthetic resin member, and a caster 8 is arranged on an under surface. The cylindrical cover body 3 is formed as a housing part whose upper part is opened and which can house a plane in an inside hole, and the straight cylindrical body 2 has a housing part 2b which can house a plant in an inside hole, and window parts 2a are formed in four places on a side surface. In the connecting body 4, an upper part is opened, and the fitting part 4a to be fitted in an upper opening part of the straight cylindrical body 2 or the fitting hole 1a, is formed in a lower part, and a lighting system 5 is internally installed.
