The lower end of the mouth 2 of a square or crane neck-shaped flower vase 1 is blocked at the portion of an optional depth, an arrangement base frame section 3 for arranging flowers 8 is provided, and a cavity frame body section 4 having an integrally molded opening 4-a is provided at its lower end portion. Void sections 5 opened in optional shapes are provided on the cavity frame body section 4, a fixed base 7 fixed with a socket 6-a fitted with a cord and an electric lamp is provided on the opposite face around the inside of the opening 4-a at the lower end to concurrently serve as the lamp shade of a luminaire 6 provided on the inside of the lower end, and the flower vase 1 provided with the luminaire 6 is obtained.
