To provide a flower wrapper which can be changed in style freely to a standing style and a wrapping style, and keeps the position of arranged flowers stably in the standing style.

The flower wrapper has a funnel-shaped body 2 which is formed to widen from a bottom 6 toward an insertion inlet 5 at the end, and a funnel-shaped extension cover 3 which is fitted at the outside of the top of the body 2 to extend further from the insertion inlet 5. The extension cover 3 in an upside-down position can be fitted outside of the body 2. A fitting portion 17 of the extension cover 3 is provided with a tilt regulating means 14 which regulates the tilt of the body 2 when the extension cover 3 in the upside-down position is fitted on the body 2.
