Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To Perform highly accurate measurement by a simple device in a flow rate test of a wide range containing an extremely small flow rate.
SOLUTION: Fixing plates 13 and 14 are fixed in parallel on both ends of parallel guide bars 15 and 16, and a moving member 17 is movably supported with the guide bars 15 and 16 through slide bearings 18 and 19. A driving plunger 4 of a driving part 2 to drive the moving member 17 at constant speed, a measuring plunger 7 of a large prover 5, a measuring plunger 10 of a small prover 8 and a displacement pulse transmitter 12 of a linear scale 11 are respectively installed on the moving member 17, and a large flow rate range of a flowemeter to be tested is tested by the large prover 5, and a small flow rate range is tested by the small prover 8. Since a diameter of the measuring plunger 10 of the small prover 8 is reduced, an extremely small flow rate can be stably tested, and since the plungers are used in the provers, leakage of liquid is detected by A and B, and leakage of a testing liquid is detected by slidingly movable end parts A and B by means of visual observation.
