Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter having a self-diagnostic function for detecting an abnormality.SOLUTION: The flowmeter includes: a measurement part 1 that measures the flow rate of a fluid to be measured; a pressure sensor 2 that measures the pressure of the fluid to be measured; storage means 3 that stores output from the pressure sensor 2; and determination means 4 that determines an abnormality based on a correlation between a difference between the value stored in the storage means 3 and the output from the pressure sensor 2 and the output from the measurement part 1, and outputs the determination to a display 5. Thus, a self-diagnostic function capable of detecting measurement abnormality is achieved.
