Title:
FLUE GAS DENITRIFICATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001179053
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a flue gas denitrification method, in which it is avoided that undesirable substrate such as ammonium sulfate is produced in the case of vaporizing aqueous ammonia and charging amount of energy from the external part is controlled.

In the flue gas denitrification method, air having heat quantity sufficient to vaporize aqueous ammonia is bled from an air compressor 1 and the bled air is supplied into a vaporizer 7 and aqueous ammonia in the vaporizer is vaporized. This vaporized ammonia is led into exhaust gas through an ammonia injection part 6 provided in a waste heat recovery boiler 4 and is reacted with nitrogen in the pressure of a catalyst and denitrification is performed. Since aqueous ammonia is vaporized by air, ammonium sulfate or the like is not produced. It is avoided that ammonium sulfate or the like is stuck on the heat transfer pipe of a vaporizer of the waste heat recovery boiler.
