Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance manufacturing efficiency of flue joints and enhance service life.
SOLUTION: In a rubber-made flue joint (J) having a flexible cylindrical part 2, which is interposed between cylinder-shaped flues 1 adjoining each other and a flange 4 which is continuously provided on both side edges of the cylindrical part 2 and fixable with an opening 3 of a flue 1, the material of the rubber is constituted of fluoro rubber while a plurality of sections divided in the outer peripheral direction are heated, pressurized to be joined, and further a fiber layer 12 is interposed in the fluoro rubber, thereby forming the material of the fiber layer 12 of aromatic polyamide.
