Abstract:
To provide a fluid bearing device having high reliability by simultaneously suppressing the generation of corrosive wear dust while preventing seizing of a bearing sliding portion; and a magnetic disk rotating device using it.
The fluid bearing device is structured by filling a bearing clearance between a bearing sleeve 5 and a shaft 2 with lubricant 10 to which 0.1 to 0.01 pts.wt of wear preventive agent is added. Therefore, the generation of corrosive wear dust can be suppressed while preventing the seizing of the bearing sliding portion.
