A tapered seal face 8b1 with a diameter gradually becoming smaller upward is formed on an outer circumference face 8b of a first seal member 8. The first seal member 8 is comprised of a metal part 12, and a cover part 13 covering the metal part 12, and for example, the metal part 12 is integrally formed by injection molding of resin to be used as an insert component. In the cover part 13, the seal face 8b1 is formed, forming a first seal space S1 between it and a bearing member 7 (a housing part 10), and in a state of fixing the first seal member 8 to a shaft member 2, the tapered first seal space S1 with a radial dimension gradually becoming smaller downward is formed between the seal face 8b1 and an upper end inner circumference face 10a1 of the housing part 10 facing the seal face 8b1.
