Abstract:

To provide a fluid bearing without causing nonuniformity for generating dynamic pressure, by surely filling a predetermined space with lubricating oil, by surely removing bubbles in the lubricating oil being a viscous fluid for generating the dynamic pressure.

This method comprises: an illustrated process (Fig.1(B)) of exhausting air inside of a bearing in advance by decompressing an environment around an assembly where the lubricating oil 25 is injected; and an illustrated process (Fig.1(C)) of pressing and filling the viscous fluid in the predetermined space by gradually returning the environment of the assembly to atmospheric pressure thereafter.
