Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of temperature difference between the going passage port side and return passage port side of a heating medium by providing a plurality of fluid going passage and fluid return passage in such a way as to be grade-separated in X-shape in a branch block for diverging the heating medium to a plurality of passages and then making it join again to return.
SOLUTION: A fluid branch block 1 is provided with a main going passage 2 and a main return passage 3 at a side face (a). A fluid from the main going passage 2 is diverged to two passages that are a going passage 4 provided at a side face (d) and a going passage 5 provided at a side face (b), and the main going passage 2 and the going passage 5 are communicated by a passage 6. A heating medium circulated in a heating medium tube embedded in a radiator passes through a return passage 7 provided at the side face (b) and a return passage 8 provided at the side face (d) and joins in the main return passage 3, and the main return passage 3 and the return passage 8 are communicated by a passage 9. In this case, the passages 6, 9 are bored so as to be grade- separated in X-shape at the center part of the block 1.
