To provide a fluid charging device capable of remarkably being improved in workability and appropriately charging a fluid to a hardly observing place such as a high place and a narrow place by remotely operating a fluid charging means while observing an image displayed on an image displaying means.

The fluid charging means is provided with a sprayer (10) for lubricating the hardly observing place such as a high place and a narrow place, a digital camera (11) for obtaining the image at the above place, a CDT display (12) capable of displaying the image obtained with the digital camera, a supporting member (13) supporting the sprayer (10) and the digital camera (11), and having grips (14a, 14b), an operating part (16)capable of remotely operating the sprayer (10) in the state of gripping the grips (14a, 14b), and a responding part (17) operating the sprayer (10) corresponding to the operation of the operating part.
