Abstract:
To provide a relatively small and inexpensive fluid compression system capable of compressing fluid such as air.SOLUTION: Two check valves 5, 6 are arranged in series in a fluid passage 4 to cause the displacement of a diaphragm 8 arranged in a branch passage 12 connected to the fluid passage 4 between the check valves 5, 6 with the movement of a piston member 7 backward and forward and the displacement of a second diaphragm 9 arranged in a bypass passage 15 bypassing the two check valves 5, 6 via fluid A compressed by the displacement. The piston member 7 is moved backward and forward each time a pressure P of the fluid A after passing through the check valve 5 on the upstream side and before passing through the check valve 6 on the downstream side is equal to or lower than a set threshold value P1 to continue the displacement of the second diaphragm 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
