Abstract:
To provide a new connector for used in a fluid processing system and fluid processing (liquid products and the like used in pharmaceutical industries and biotechnology industries).SOLUTION: A connector is equipped with (a) a first hollow connector body that has an inner surface including slots and an outer surface, and has an opening portion penetrating the inner surface and the outer surface, (b) a second hollow connector body that has an inner surface including slots and an outer surface, and has an opening portion penetrating the inner surface and the outer surface, and (c) a fluid transporting member that is inserted into between the first hollow connector body and the second hollow connector body, is disposed so as to slide in the slot of the inner surface of the first hollow connector body and in the slot of the inner surface of the second hollow connector body, and causes slidable movement between a first fluid transporting position and a second fluid transporting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
