Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device that can reduce power consumption when an air pressure of an air storage part is low.SOLUTION: A fluid control device 100 comprises a piezoelectric pump 101, a piezoelectric pump 201, a check valve 202, and a control unit 111, and is connected to an air tank 9. When filling the air tank 9 with compressed air, the fluid control device 100 drives the piezoelectric pump 201 first. Outside air is sucked from a suction port 107B through the check valve 202, and air is sent from a discharge hole 55 of the piezoelectric pump 201 to the air tank 9. When a pump pressure of the piezoelectric pump 201 exceeds a certain pressure, the fluid control device 100 starts to drive the piezoelectric pump 101. Outside air is sucked from a suction port 107A, and air is sent from the discharge hole 55 of the piezoelectric pump 201 to the air tank 9 through the piezoelectric pump 101 without passing through the check valve 202, thereby increasing an air pressure of the air tank 9 to a target pressure.
