Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply the structure of a fluid control device by connecting a discharging branch pipe between a pressure fluid supply source and an actuator, and disposing proportional solenoid valves with valve lap changing means upstream of a branch portion and in the branch pipe. CONSTITUTION:A discharging branch pipe is disposed in a passage connecting a pressure fluid supply source 110 and an actuator 114, and the upstream pipe of a branch portion and the branch pipe are respectively provided with proportional solenoid valves 111, 112. Both proportional solenoid valves 111, 112 are controlled according to signals Vu, VL which are obtained by adding a pressure error signla ep fed out by a subtractor 104 to a valve opening offset signal Of set by a variable resistance 105, so that the lap of both proportional solenoid valves 111, 112 can be freely adjusted by adjusting the variable resistor 105.
