Abstract:
To provide a fluid control system in which even though a rodlike cartridge-heater is employed, if only there exists a breadthwise space for replacement, it is enough, and the space for maintenance in the full length is not necessary, thus the space for installation is restrained from being increased.
A recess 2a opened in the side is provided in a supporting member 2. A heater member 3 is detachably inserted from the side, and fixed in the recess 2a of the supporting member 2. The supporting member 2 has a U-shaped cross-section which is formed by superposing two sheets of platy members 21, 22. The heater member 3 is fixed by a hexagon socket head cap screw 26 inserted in the recess 2a formed of the two sheets of platy members 21, 22.
