Abstract:
To provide a small fluid control valve device including two kinds of valve units different from each other.SOLUTION: A valve mechanism 30 of a fluid control valve device 10 includes: a rotary shaft 31 in a housing 20; a first valve unit 40 which is driven by a cam 32 of the rotary shaft 31 and opens or closes a first discharge port 25; and a second valve unit 100 which is driven by the rotary shaft 31 and opens or closes a second discharge port 26. The first valve unit 40 includes: a valve seat 61 formed at a first valve box 41; a valve body 71 which may be displaced relative to the valve seat 61; and a first biasing member 81 which biases the valve body 71 in a direction that the valve body 71 is closed. The second valve unit 100 includes: a cylindrical rotor 101 which can rotate with the rotary shaft 31; an annular seal member 121 which may contact with an outer peripheral surface 103a of the rotor 101; and a second biasing member 131 which biases the seal member 121 in a direction of the outer peripheral surface 103a. A peripheral wall 103 of the rotor 101 has a flow control hole 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
