Abstract:

To reduce fluid pressure applied to a sealing material using simple sealing structure without using special sealing structure, to reduce leakage and permeation of fluid from a seal part, and to enhance sealability.

Shaft seal parts 1a, 2a are provided at least two positions of a sliding part of a needle type shaft 4, a fluid chamber 3 is provided between the shaft seal parts 1a, 2a, so as to provide structure for preventing working pressure of the fluid from acting directly on sealing materials 1, 2, and pressure difference between an upstream and a downstream of the sealing materials 1, 2 is reduced thereby, in a fluid control valve provided with a valve element of the needle type shaft 4 for controlling a flow of the fluid passing through a flow passage and an orifice facing to it, and the sealing materials 1, 2 arranged in the sliding part of the shaft 4 to prevent the fluid from flowing out to an outside.
