Abstract:
To suppress the residence of water in a filter arranged in a flow path in which wet gas flows.
A hydrogen exhaust valve 24 for controlling the exhaust amount of fluid (hydrogen) in a fuel battery system 10 comprises the filter 60 for removing unnecessary components in the fluid and a needle 52 to be moved in preset conditions for controlling the flow of the fluid. The needle 52, when moved, approaches the filter 60 up to a distance point where a channel is formed at least between the filter 60 and itself.
