To provide a small, highly reliable and inexpensive fluid control valve to be opened/closed depending on three-stage temperature regions of fluid.
The fluid control valve comprises a flow path 20, a valve element 40 arranged reciprocatively in the flow path, a flow path opening portion 24 for the valve element to be closed, a thermoelement 50 arranged in the flow path for moving the valve element 40 forward in the direction of the flow path 20 with the expansion of a thermal expander stored therein corresponding to the temperature of surrounding fluid, and an energizing means 60 for moving the valve element 40 backward. The thermoelement 50 positions the valve element 40 in the direction of the flow path so that the flow path opening portion 24 is opened when the temperature of the fluid is in a low temperature region, the flow path opening portion 24 is closed by the valve element 40 when the temperature of the fluid is in a medium temperature region, and the flow path opening portion 24 is opened when the temperature of the fluid is in a high temperature region.
