To provide a fluid control valve offering effective technology for reducing the dispersion of a fully-opened flow amount.
The fluid control valve 100 comprises a cylindrical valve body 101, a fluid flow-out part 131 having a fluid flow-out hole 137 and a seal face 135a, a valve element 129 for opening/closing the fluid flow-out hole 137, an energizing means 141 for energizing the valve element 129 to a valve closing direction, electromagnetic force generating means 111, 113 for generating electromagnetic force on the valve element 129 to a valve opening direction, and a fully-opened position restricting member 121 for restricting the fully-opened position of the valve element 129. The fluid flow-out part 131 has a first seat member 133 fixed to one end of the valve body 101, and a second seat member 135 having the fluid flow-out hole 137 and the seat face 135a and position-adjustable relative to the first seat member 133. The second seat member 135 is position-adjusted relative to the first seat member 133 in the moving direction of the valve element 129 so that the valve element 129 has a set flow amount when restricted at the fully-opened position, and fixed at its adjusted position.
