To provide a fluid control valve using a valve element 26 having a shaft portion 30 and a flexible film portion 28 connected to the shaft portion 30 for partitioning a fluid flow path into an upstream side fluid chamber 22 and a downstream side fluid chamber 24 so that the valve element 26 is displaced for fluid flowing into the upstream side fluid chamber 22 to flow via the downstream side fluid chamber 24 to the outside while avoiding the degradation of fluid pressure controllability.

The elastic force of a coil spring 36 is imparted to the valve element 26 via a spring supporting member 34. The direction of displacing the spring supporting member 34 is restricted to be the direction of displacing the valve element 26 by a restricting member 12a. The contact face of the spring supporting member 34 with the oil spring 36 is formed as an inclined face to deflect the spring supporting member 34 to the side of the restricting member 12a.
