Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fluid control valve which can quickly and certainly remove contaminant particles or residual gas from inside the valve.

CONSTITUTION: A valve seal member 30 capable of closing a gas flow path 12 is mounted at the foremost of a valve stem 20 supported in a hole 15 in a bonnet 18 and a valve body 11, and a handle 23 is coupled with the base end of the valve stem 20, and bellows 32, 33 are furnished to partition the inside of the stem supporting hole 15 into the first space A on the valve stem 20 side and the second space B on the valve body 11 side, and a purge port 41 to supply purge gas to the bonnet 18 is put in communication with the base end of the valve stem 20 in the second space B through a purge gas supply hole 42.
