Abstract:
Provided is a fluid damper device with which movement of a valve body to a closed position occurs smoothly when a turning shaft is rotated in the closing direction. Also provided is an apparatus with this fluid damper device. Specifically, in this fluid damper device, a protruded part (52) of a valve body (50) protrudes from a base part (51) toward an outer side in the radial direction of the turning shaft (40), and toward one side (a first direction (A)) around an axial line (L) of the turning shaft (40), and a valve body support part (460) of the turning shaft (40) is equipped with a base part support part (463) between a first protruded part (461) and a second protruded part (462). An end part (465) on an outer side in the radial direction of the first protruded part (461) is provided with an inclined surface (464) inclined with respect to an inner side portion (520) of the valve body (50), and due to this inclined surface (464), a space between the inner side portion (520) of the valve body (50) and the end part (465) (the inclined surface (464)) of the first protruded part (461) increases from a second direction (B) toward the first direction (A) when the valve body (50) is in the open position, that is, when the valve body is inclined as far as possible in the first direction (A).
