Abstract:
To provide a fluid damper device for compatibly securing the strength of a rotor and suppressing the cost and weight.SOLUTION: A rotor 30 of a fluid damper device 10 includes a rotary shaft 40 inserted into an oil chamber 11, and a valve member 50. The rotary shaft 40 includes a metal plate 70 arranged inside a resin part 80. The metal plate 70 reinforces the resin part 80 to enhance the strength of the rotor 30. The metal plate 70 has a face facing in the peripheral direction of the rotary shaft 40, and so it is less possible that the metal plate 70 and the resin part 80 are separated from each other and the resin part 80 is only deformed when torsional moment is applied thereto. In an area of the rotary shaft 40 ranging from a flange part 42 for sealing the oil chamber 11 to a driven member mounting part 441, great torsional moment works. The metal plate 70 is arranged in this area to reinforce the area where the great torsional moment works.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
