Title:
FLUID DEVICE OF FLUID PIPE-LINE SYSTEM/BRANCH PIPE UPDATE METHOD AND BRANCH PIPE/FLUID DEVICE REMOVAL METHOD AND BRANCH PIPE SECTION BLOCKING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008170008
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently, securely and easily conduct refresh working of a fluid device connected to a branch pipe section or a branch pipe on the condition of no leakage of water condition even under the situation that a switching valve is not interposed between the branch pipe section and the fluid device.

The fluid device of fluid pipe-line system and refresh method of the branch pipe are provided with the step of providing a pipe section 6 for working in part mutually opposing to base end opening of the branch pipe section 2 in pipe wall outer peripheral surface of a fluid pipe 1, the step of forming an insert port 8 in pipe wall of the fluid pipe by a perforating tool of a perforating apparatus which is sent into through the switching valve 7 connected to the pipe section 6 for working and the pipe section 6 for working and the step of removing the perforating apparatus from the switching valve 7. They are also provided with the step of blocking a flow passage of the branch pipe section 2 by a block means C of a blocking device B which is sent in through the switching valve 7, the pipe section 6 for working and inside of the fluid pipe 1, the step of removing an old fluid device 3 connected to the branch pipe section 2 or the branch pipe, the step of connecting a new fluid device or the branch pipe to the branch pipe section 2 and the step of removing the blocking device B from the switching valve 7.
