To provide a radial piston pump the cam surface of which is easily processed.
The radial piston pump has an outer peripheral side member 25 and an inner peripheral side member 18 relatively rotatably arranged around the axis A1, the cam surface 22 arranged in the inner peripheral side member 18 and displaced in the radial direction around the axis A1, operation members 35 and 36 arranged in the outer peripheral side member 25 and reciprocatable in the radial direction by contacting with the cam surface 22, and a fluid chamber 39 to which fluid goes in and out by contacting with the operation members 35 and 36, and is provided by inclining the cam surface 22 to the axis A1 in a cross section in the direction along the axis A1. A shape of the cam surface 22 in the cross section in the direction along the axis A1 is a straight line in the whole phases in the circumferential direction with the axis A1 as the center.
