Abstract:
To smoothly insert a gasket and secure the sealability in a fluid device having a flow channel sealed by the gasket.SOLUTION: An integrated block 1 as a fluid device includes: a flow port 13 opened so as to form one end of a flow channel P; an annular groove 14 provided along the outer peripheral edge of the flow port 13 and opened so as to allow a gasket 2 to be inserted; a first taper part 17 provided in an inner wall part 14b at an inner diameter side in the annular groove 14, and inclined from the opening end of the annular groove 14 to the radial direction outside of the annular groove 14 along the depth direction of the annular groove 14; and a guide part 18 provided in an inner wall part 14a at an outer diameter side in the annular groove 14, extending from the opening end of the annular groove 14 along the depth direction over a prescribed interval D, and having a diameter larger than that of an outer peripheral surface 22a of a second seal part 22 of the gasket 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
