Abstract:

To provide a small fluid diode capable of being easily formed to obtain high efficiency.

With respect to a second chamber 110 on the upstream side, a second chamber 110F is provided having a nozzle 110a opening to an offset position. Thus, when fluid flows from the downstream side to the upstream side, gas blown from the nozzle portion 110a of the second chamber 110F asymmetrically flows in the other second chamber 110 or a first chamber 100 on the upstream side of the second chamber 110F to generate a swirling flow or a turbulent flow while increasing flowing resistance. As a result, there is a difference in the flowing resistance between the case that the gas flows in a reverse direction and the case that it flows in a forward direction, to function as the fluid diode.
