Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a device so as to improve its safety, by inducting a lead wire, drawn out from the motor part of a pump device of submergible type mounted to the bottom part of a tank, to the external part penetrating a pump casing. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 80, inducted from a stator 78 in the motor part of a canned motor pump 46, is drawn out to the outside through a guide pipe 84 arranged panetrating a T-pipe 82 and a casing 36 and through a space 86 neighboring to a liquid reservoir chamber 44, and connected to a power supply cable in a terminal box arranged in the bottom side part of the pump casing 36. Further in this case, a device is constituted such that insulating resin 88 is filled in an inducted part of the lead wire 80 and the T-pipe 82, performing an anti- explosion process, while a seal member 90 and a seal sleeve 92 are liquid-tightly interposed in the mounting part of a motor housing 50 to the casing 36. Accordingly, elimination of any necessity for providing another manhole or a seal a seal device for drawing out the lead wire to the outside of a tank enables the construction of the device to be simplified and its safety to be imporved.
