Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit strength of a fluid released by a fluid release unit from lowering by a cover which covers the rear side of the fluid release unit.SOLUTION: On the back side (an opposite side to a pressurization chamber 3) of a fluid release unit 1, a cover member 10 covering a drive mechanism 1A is arranged to protect the drive mechanism 1A. A cylindrical part 12, which is the side face of the cover member 10, is formed having openings (drive mechanism protection chamber release ports 18) which are larger than a release port 4a, and therefore a fluid in a drive mechanism protection chamber 10 enclosed by the cover member 10, a movable plate 2 and a support member 8 can be released to the outside when the movable plate 2 is vibrated. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent hindrance to vibration of the movable plate 2 when the movable plate 2 is driven, and by providing the cover member 10, it is possible to prevent strength of the fluid released by the fluid release unit 1 from lowering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
