To provide a fluid-filled vibration-damping device of multidirectional damping type which can exhibit vibration damping effect with respect to vibrations in an axial direction as well as in a direction perpendicular to the axis, with a small number of parts through a simple structure.

An intermediate sleeve 24, which is affixed to a main rubber elastic body 16, and a second mounting member 14 have stepped tubular shapes having step portions 26 and 40, respectively, at an axially intermediate sections thereof. The intermediate sleeve 24 and the second mounting member 14 are mated and fixed to each other at respective axially opposite tubular portions 28, 42 and 30, 44 sandwitching the corresponding step portions 26 and 40. A plurality of pocket portions 38 and 38, which open through a plurality of window portions 32 and 32 formed in the intermediate sleeve 24, are formed in an outer peripheral portion of the main rubber elastic body 16. A plurality of outer peripheral fluid chambers 82 and 82 are formed by covering the plurality of window portions 32 and 32 with the second mounting member 14. The step portions 26 and 40 of the intermediate sleeve 24 and the second mounting member 14 are opposed to each other in the axial direction so that a second orifice passage 86 is formed between axially opposed faces of the step portions 26 and 40.
