To provide a fluid filler manufacturing method and plant which can produce a high-quality filler according to an application by enabling slurry produced from a construction site to be efficiently treated in large quantities and mixing the slurry depending on the application.
Condensed slurry, which is obtained by classifying/dehydrating shield slurry produced on a shield construction site A, is transported by an agitator truck 9a, and stored in a first storage tank 1 in the plant. Excavation slurry, whose density is lower than that of condensed slurry discharged from another excavation work site B, is transported by an agitator truck 9b, and stored in a second storage tank 2. The condensed slurry and the excavation stabilization fluid, which are stored in the storage tanks 1 and 2, are sent to a mixing tank 3 at a prescribed ratio, depending on a mixing design, and adjusted slurry with a density of 1.2-1.5 g/cm2 is prepared. According to need, an additive and a density adjusting material 6 are added. The prepared slurry, which is agitated and mixed with cement, fed in from a solidifying material silo 4, by means of a mixer 5, is loaded as the fluid filler into an agitator truck 9c, and transported to a filling site C.
