Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure gas filling system which can cope with a speedup of a rotary table.
SOLUTION: The fluid filling system includes a filling machine for filling a cylinder 2 with a gas and a conveyer 9 for carrying the cylinder 2 to the filling machine. The conveyer 9 includes a pair of right and left holding arms 24 which are designed to be capable of moving fore and aft. The arms 24 are moved forward while the cylinder 2 is held by holding parts 31 provided on a front of the respective arms 24, thereby carrying the cylinder 2 to the filling machine which is moving in a direction B intersecting with the fore-and-aft direction on a horizontal plane. When the cylinder 2 is carried into the filling machine, the middle of the arm 24 located ahead in the moving direction B of the filling machine is bent. Thus, the holding part 31 of the arm 24 is retreated to escape from the cylinder 2 which is moving together with the filling machine.
