Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filter which does not foul surrounding by dripping out of the fluid left behind during the exchange of a filter.SOLUTION: The fluid filter has the constitution. In the state where an oil filter 1 is mounted to a return side tube 109 and an exit tube 110, when the return side tube is inserted to an inflow tube part 73 of a rotating disc 70 and an outflow tube 74 is inserted to the exit tube, the rotation of the disc is restricted. After the fluid introduced to inflow space S2 from the returning side tube is made to pass through a filter medium 82 placed in a filter element 80, the fluid is discharged to outside through the exit tube from the outflow space S3. Meanwhile, in the state where the oil filter is dismounted from the return side tube and the exit tube, the rotating disc is separated from both tubes, and the rotating disc rotates a specific angle by a twist coil spring 69. Then, the inflow tube and the outflow tube are shifted from the positions in the circumferential direction of the inflow hole 63a and the outflow hole 64a, which leads to closing of the inflow hole and the outflow hole by the rotating disc.
