Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper automatically compensating wear and abrasion of a scraper piece by disposing a single scraper piece on a spiral blade of a screw.SOLUTION: The scraper of the spiral blade 3 used for filtration and transferring by the screw 2 having the spiral blade 3 rotating along the inner circumference of an outer cylinder 1 includes such an automated scraping mechanism X that an outer circumference of the spiral blade 3 is made to be non-contact with the inner circumference of the outer cylinder 1, recessed grooves 4 are disposed on the whole region of outer circumferential edge surface of the spiral blade 3, the bottom surface of the recessed groove 4 is made to be a stationary inclined surface 5 having a defined angle which gradually rises as proceeding along the bottom surface of the recessed groove 4 from a back part to a front part, and the scraper piece A ranging over the whole region having an opposite inclined surface 6 on the inclined surface 5 is brought into sliding contact with the inner circumference of the outer cylinder 1 and is moved automatically along the stationary inclined surface 5.
