A fluid flow adjustor of a rotary type for controlling flow of fluid includes a main body and a rotator. The main body includes an upper cover, a bearing and a lower cover. The upper cover includes an inflow port and an outflow port. The bearing is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover. The bearing includes a shaft inner diameter. The upper cover includes a block wall which is protruded toward the bearing. The block wall includes a block part and a restriction part. The block part is positioned between the inflow port and the outflow port. The restriction part is extended toward the periphery of the upper cover from the block part. The rotator is arranged on the shaft inner diameter freely rotatably. The rotator includes a first protruded wall and a second protruded wall forming recessed parts which are separated in accordance with a distance and are connected to both of the inflow port and the outflow port.
