To provide a fluid flow measuring device having no wrong detection caused by fluid pulsation.
This device is equipped with a trigger means 2 circulating along a circulation orbit by flow velocity of a fluid passing in a fluid passage 1, a trigger position detection part 3 for detecting the position of the trigger means 2, and a flow velocity input part 4 for detecting the flow velocity by passage of the trigger means 2, and the flow velocity and/or the flow rate of the fluid are measured based on detection by the flow velocity input part 4. Accordingly, flow velocity detection can be performed by the flow velocity input part 4 without being influenced by vibration in the orbital direction of the trigger means 2 caused by pulsation or the like, and thereby wrong detection of the flow velocity and/or the flow rate is reduced and its reliability can be improved.
