Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fluid flowmeter which provides a high sensitivity in the range from low to high flow rate areas and wide flow rate range as well.
CONSTITUTION: The end face of a fluid introducing part 9 which introduces fluid is provided with a flat plate-like fluid shielding plate 11 pressurized by the restoring force of an elastic body 12, and, a differential pressure detecting means 13 which detects the differential pressure between the upstream and downstream sides of the fluid shielding plate is provided. Thereby according to the force of fluid, the fluid shielding plate is displaced. And, by the differential pressure between the upstream and downstream sides of the fluid shielding plate, flow rate is detected over a wide flow rate range.
