Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an air temperature up to a sufficiently high temperature.
SOLUTION: Air delivered from an air pump 21 is flow-limited by a restriction part 24 to raise the temperature, and the flow-limited air is recirculated between the air pump 21 and the restriction part 24. The air temperature is thereby raised up to the sufficiently high temperature to allow application, for example, to an intake heater 20 for an engine 10.
