Abstract:
To provide a fluid heating device which enhances efficiency of heating fluid while preventing a ceramic heater from being damaged.SOLUTION: In a fluid heating device 1 which causes a hollow cylindrical ceramic heater 2 to generate heat to heat fluid flowing in a hollow section 2a of the ceramic heater 2, a straight flow passage body 3 having an inner space to which the fluid to be heated is supplied is coaxially inserted into the hollow section 2a of the ceramic heater 2. An inner cement hardened body 5 is formed by hardening heat transfer cement M between the straight flow passage body 3 and the ceramic heater 2 so as to coat an inner periphery of the ceramic heater 2 and fix the straight flow passage body 3 to the ceramic heater 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
