Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a heat exchanger and improve durability by disposing a sub heat exchange device between main heat exchange devices and uniting both devices with communication passages formed on opposite surfaces of devices and setting a ratio of heat reception areas of the devices within a specific range.
SOLUTION: A heat exchange part assembled in a liquid separator 1 is adapted such that main heat exchange devices 2 are disposed in a plurality of lines, and subheat exchange devices 3 are provided on exhaust passages 5 formed between the main heat exchange devices 2. Both devices 2, 3 are coupled with each other through a communication passage 4 to construct a heat exchanger in which a mixed solution 9 is included. When fuel gas produced with combustion of a burner 6 is exhausted to an upper portion through the exhaust passage 5 owing to air fan force due to a fan motor, etc., the mixed solution 9 is heated and raised in temperature with the exhaust heat. In the main and sub heat exchange devices 2, 3 a ratio of heat reception areas thereof is set within 55:45 to 70:30 (%) to improve heat efficiency.
