Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid induction unit which induces and discharges by-product powder generated inside a vacuum pump or the like.SOLUTION: A fluid induction unit 1 includes a cylindrical body 10 having opposite opening ends and provided with flanges at portions of the opening ends, a fluid driving induction body 20 provided inside the cylindrical body 10, an air supply pipe 30 supplying drive gas, such as nitrogen gas, into the fluid driving induction body 20, a first flow channel 41 communicating with a downstream side opening portion 12 of the cylindrical body 10 from the air supply pipe 30 via an inner wall of the fluid driving induction body 20, and a second flow channel 42 communicating with the downstream side opening portion 12 of the cylindrical body 10 from the upstream opening portion 11 of the cylindrical body 10 via the fluid driving induction body 20. The inner diameter of the narrowest portion of the second flow channel 42 is 11 millimeter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
