A fluid inflow pipe 10 is composed of a pipe body 11, and a sheet member 12 fixed to inner surface of the pipe body 11. The sheet member 12 is composed of a base 34 and a serrated layer 33 laid on the inner surface of the base 34. The serrated layer 33 is formed at its inner surface with a plurality of ridges 33a which extend in the inflow direction of fluid so as to reduce the frictional resistance of the fluid. The sheet member 12 is jointed to the inner surface of the pipe body 11 through the intermediary of an adhesive layer 35.
