A fluid injection direction changing method changes the injection direction of fluid F in a fluid injection device for injecting the fluid F via a fluid passage 11a, a passage member 11 is supported on the fluid outflow side of the passage member 11 for constituting the fluid passage 11a so that an angle can be changed, the fluid supply side of the passage member 11 is directly or indirectly supported by a singular or plurality of actuators 14, and the injection direction of the fluid F is changed by changing the direction of the passage member 11 by moving a fluid supply side position of the passage member 11 by selectively driving the actuator 14.
