Abstract:
To enhance efficiency of fluid leakage detection in a fluid pressure cylinder.SOLUTION: A fluid leakage detection system 100 includes a measuring unit 10 for detecting leakage of working fluid in a hydraulic cylinder 1, and a controller 80 for acquiring a measurement result of the measuring unit 10. The measuring unit 10 performs measurement of temperature and transmission of a measurement result by a predetermined operation condition. The controller 80 includes a determination part 84 for determining a state of the hydraulic cylinder 1 according to the measured temperature measured by a measuring part 50, and a condition setting part 83 for setting an operation condition of the measuring part 50. The condition setting part 83 sets the operation condition to a normal operation condition when the hydraulic cylinder 1 is determined to be in an operating state, and sets the operation condition to a rest operation condition in which an operation frequency of the measuring part 50 is lower than the normal operation condition when the hydraulic cylinder 1 is determined to be in a rest state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
