Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely control working fluid, by using a colloidal suspension of magnetic fine particle as the working fluid and providing respective coils in each port. CONSTITUTION:Using a colloidal suspension, in which a magnetic fine particle (for instance, steatite and ferrite fine powder) is dissolved in inorganic liquid, as the working fluid of a fluid logic device, an excitation coil 51 and a detecting coil 52 are provided as a set in the first output port 21 and the second output port 22, while control coils 61, 62 are provided in the first and the second control ports. In this way, an operating condition of the fluid logic device can be detected by the excitation coil 51 and the detecting coil 52, while a flow speed and fluid pressure of the working fluid can be controlled by the control coil 61, thus the working fluid can be surely controlled.
