This fluid machine is provided with a driving bearing member attached to the outer periphery of a fixed shaft through a shaft insertion hole rotatably and having a crank shaft part being eccentric for the fixed shaft, a driving means for rotating and driving the driving bearing member through a driving shaft, and an operation part constituted to compress or transfer or expand fluid by utilizing eccentric rotation of the crank shaft part. One end of the driving shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion hole to fix it by a fixing means.
