Abstract:
PURPOSE: To commonize a motor at the same torque point in the case that fluid mechanism which shows the same flow rate and shaft power under the same rotational speed and same generated pressure, with reference to the case that other fluid mechanism is arranged on the motor, by using a frequency- voltage transducer.
CONSTITUTION: A machine is composed of a pump casing l, a canned motor 6 housed in the pump casing l, and impellers 8, 9 fixed to a main shaft 7 of the canned motor 6. Fluid suctioned into the main shaft 7 of the canned motor 6 is boosted by the impellers 8, 9, and flowed into a discharge side casing 5 through a guide device 11a. A large part of the fluid is discharged outside the pump from a discharge port in the discharge side casing 5. A part of the fluid is introduced into a rotor chamber for lubricating bearings 22 to 24, and joined into the discharge flow through an opening 32a. Wide-ranged application is thus obtained by the combination of small kinds of fluid machinery and motors.
